Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the mobile game Yarn Drop: Knitting Puzzle (the “Application”), developed by Andrei Tsarkov (“Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Application.

2. License to Use the Application

The Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Application
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
Create derivative works based on the Application

All intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

3. User Accounts and Authentication

The Application may use authentication services such as Unity Authentication and Google Play Games Services.

To enable gameplay features (such as saving progress), the Application may automatically create a user account or assign a unique identifier to your device, even if you do not explicitly sign in.

You agree that:

Such accounts or identifiers may be created and used as part of the Application’s functionality
You are responsible for activity associated with your device or account

4. Advertising

The Application is ad-supported and may display advertisements provided by third-party partners, including Unity Ads and ironSource LevelPlay.

These services may use device data and identifiers to:

Display relevant or non-relevant advertisements
Measure performance
Prevent fraud

Your interaction with ads may be subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

5. In-App Purchases

The Application may offer optional in-app purchases handled through Google Play.

You agree that:

All purchases are processed by the platform provider, not the Service Provider
Refunds are subject to the platform’s policies
Virtual items may have no real-world value and are non-transferable

6. Internet Connectivity and Charges

Certain features of the Application require an internet connection.

You are responsible for:

Data charges from your mobile provider
Any fees associated with your use of the Application

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Application for unlawful purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Application
Attempt to exploit or abuse game systems

The Service Provider reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

8. Updates and Availability

The Service Provider may:

Update or modify the Application at any time
Require you to install updates to continue using the Application
Suspend or discontinue the Application without prior notice

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

The Service Provider makes no warranties regarding:

Accuracy or completeness
Fitness for a particular purpose

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, progress, or virtual items
Issues caused by third-party services

12. Termination

The Service Provider may terminate or suspend access to the Application at any time without notice.

Upon termination:

Your right to use the Application ceases
You must stop using and delete the Application

Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
